Superstar Rihanna teams up with longtime partner Stargate on her first single Diamonds. Set to be released on her upcoming album due in November, this is a song about love (most likely referring to her new “special” boy) with lyrics that are very hopeful and positive. It’s a slow-paced tempo and has a tender feel to it with phrases like “We’re beautiful like diamonds in the sky.” gently singing in your ears. Keep the good vibes coming!

London based songwriters The Invisible Men turn a track from Coldplay’s Mylo Xyloto in to something that could be in a spy movie.  Urgent, tense, and interesting, this is great production work.   Download link

Kudos to my boy Dirty Dodie for sendin’ this jam my way. For anyone that doesn’t know who Alex Gaudino is….He’s an Italian House DJ that has been around for about a decade now. He has done a lot of stuff since then but it wasn’t until this last fall where he made the charts in the U.S. with this single. This is a great Friday song to get you through the day and hyped for the weekend. The vocal feature just adds to the love that’s already there from the beautiful piano feature. This song allows you to just close your eyes and become disengaged with all of your surroundings…only to be drawn closer.
