Not available for sale until tomorrow, Coyote Kisses was generous enough to put their Thundercolor EP up for stream on SoundCloud. Dreamy, interesting, mood-enhancing beats mark this unique EP from the duo.
Walk Off The Earth may not be familiar to you; they’re a YouTube sensation that gained recognition for their cover of Gotye’s Somebody That I Used To Know. There were 5 of them on 1 guitar! That’s impressive! Now this group is back with an amazing cover of Taylor Swift’s I Knew You Were Trouble, and they don’t disappoint.
How appropriate is the title of this song? Before their recent break-up, Ellie Goulding and Skrillex had worked on a track together and titled it Bittersweet. It clearly wasn’t something they planned, but it works out perfectly. Moving on: this isn’t the first time these two worked together, if you recall Skrillex’s Summit. Similar in ways, their new track is a very mellow and vulnerable piece. Expect to find this track on the new Breaking Dawn Part 2 Soundtrack.
My love for Sound Remedy continues to grow with each track he releases; his remixes are phenomenal and never cease to amaze me! This remix of Carousel’s Let’s Go Home has a nice, upbeat sound destined to give you the chills. Pure bliss! Make this your go-to song for the weekend!
This isn’t the first time I’ve had the privilege of sharing some of Manila Killa’s music on the Vibe. If you recall, he released a beastly mash-up entitled The Kick back in April that got him a lot of recognition. Now tackling the other side of the spectrum is his latest, more mellowed-out ‘sunrise’ remix of Bon Iver’s Perth. It’s lively and refreshing… his remix title fits the mood perfectly.
Anything Could Happen alone is such a lovely track, but like many songs by Goulding there’s no doubt remixes will come. After buddy-ing up with the singer, Vancouver producer Blood Diamonds took a stab at the track himself and created quite a gem. Thanks to The FADER for sharing this song!
It’s hard to not want to keep listening to this song. I may be biased as I love Ellie Goulding, but nothing can compare with this song; it’s perfection. The soft hitting beat and melody topped with her dreamy vocals is all it takes, and even Tinie Tempah’s verse is bearable… that’s a first.
Chase Us Around is a total summer jam. Perfect for a hot, sunny day at the beach, pool, or wherever (if you live in the Southern Hemisphere then just make the best of it). A light disco feel to the track with Jamaican steel drums and superb vocals. Make sure to support Viceroy!
