This is the track that launched 2Sugars’ career back in 2011- and it still gives me chills. The mellow drop & creamy blend of hip-hop and electronic music is almost magical- making this the perfect song to vibe out to in the sunshine.
Kendrick Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d city easily tops my favorite hip-hop record of 2012, and the original “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe” is the my favorite cut on the album. So imagine my excitement when Jay-Z jumped on the remix. AND we get two new verses from Kendrick.
Drake goes hard on this new track titled 5AM In Toronto, which is expected to be featured on his upcoming album Nothing Was The Same. From the get-go, Drake spits aggressive lines on top of an eerie and suspense-like beat produced by Boi-1da and Vinylz. I’m not sure the story behind this track, but it seems like he’s snapping on some peeps, fo’ real.

The Reason I Got 99 Problems is a tasteful combination of Skrillex’s hard-hitting sounds and Jay-Z’s phenomenal lyrics. This is a dope/fresh mashup we have here thanks to Mistermike… and it’s nicely put together! Where’s summer when you need it?
French group, Club Cheval, and upcoming rapper, Theophilus London, do an amazing job remixing Rihanna’s Jump. The style is in between trap and dutch, and will make you want to ride that pony.
Here’s the first single off of Drake’s upcoming album. He’s trying something new with this one, speaking lyrical truth over what is actually a raw beat in my opinion.

All I have to say is give credit where credit is due. I mean, Manila Killa has done a sensational job creating mash-ups and remixes, and keeping things outside of the norm. He deserves a little more praise. His most recent work is of a track by an upcoming rap duo, Peach Fuzz & Kief Ledger. This is a super-fun, moombahton-esque take on the rappers original piece. Hope you enjoy!
After many years of waiting, JT has finally found time to hit up the studio and produce some new material. Suit & Tie is the first of many as the musician is working on his new album, The 20/20 Experience. From a note on his website, JT states, “The inspiration for this really came out of the blue and to be honest, I didn’t expect anything out of it. I just went into the studio and started playing around with some sounds and songs. It was probably the best time I’ve had in my career… Just creating with no rules and/or end goal in mind and really enjoying the process.” I hope you guys enjoy the first single from JT, which is produced by his close friend, Timbaland.
